Putting up on Interior Hanging Basket

My wife just bought one and wants it hung on a plastered block wall in the hallway.

I'm not the best with the drill so would love any recommendation that doesn't involve using one. The basket it on a rope and I'd afraid it will look odd just fastening it tight to the wall.

You need to use a drill. Also it has to be at height for watering as such it needs a hanging basket bracket.

    So bracket and plasterboard fixings.

I should have also mention that's it's an artificial plant.

In that case find a joist and use a conventional hook screwed into the ceiling these can be done by hand
