Hi I have received Airpods 3 days ago and I am not enjoying the fit compared to my old Galaxy buds. Is it possible to return to Apple even though I have used them?

(I'm assuming you bought them online from Apple).

Yeah, it doesn't matter that you've used them, you can return them. By law, you can return any item you've purchased via "distance selling" (online, mail order or over the phone) in 14 days (there are some specific exemptions - personalised goods, software can't be unsealed, certain tickets).

But Apple are allowing any sales between 10 November and 25 December 2020 to be returned by the 8 of January 2021.

Here's the returns policy and procedure: https://www.apple.com/ie/shop/help/returns_refund#
