    Hi there,

I read in the media that BOI is changing its fee arrangements. Do you know what date I will receive the notice of fees and interest scheduled to be charged to my account at the end of December? Many thanks.

    Hi Tdf7187,

Thanks for checking this with us this morning.

Your statement of fees will be available in the weeks prior to fees coming out. You should receive confirmation via text/email. This statement will be visible in the "Statements" tab of www.365online.com. We hope this information helps. Feel free to get back in touch if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Richard
