you would need to buy a separate graphics card as it just has a built in shared memory one UHD Graphics 630 which is not great for 3D work

What kind of money would it cost? Is it difficult to do?

difficult? no, it's just a case of plugging it in and maybe a power connector and install drivers
ideally you would need one of the specialist graphics cards like an Nvidia Quadro that are geared for programs like Autocad but I couldn't recommend one as I am not familiar enough with them and it also depends on how high end you are going with using Autocad as they range in price greatly
you would also have to make sure that PC has enough power to run the card

I would ask over in the PC building forum for more advice
