I’m gonna take a guess and say this is probably just Aldi’s way of saying interview, but if there’s other things to expect id appreciate any insight!

Interviewed with dunnes a few weeks back and was offered a seasonal position but this is full time & permanent so much more interest obviously and don’t want to mess up the opportunity. I’ve applied a few times to Aldi but never got past their pre application exam & I’ve heard their interview is pretty intense compared to others.

Any tips on what’s best to wear & what topics may come up would be appreciated.

Don't know anything about Aldi as an employer, but my tuppence worth is:

    - Formal business attire... jacket/skirt-trousers/blouse or suit and tie (trouser shirt and tie as a minimum

    - Know about the company. Be able to summarise Aldi in 3 sentences. Be able to say why you want to work for Aldi.

    - Read up on STAR interview questions e.g. tell me about a time when you had to:

    ~deliver to a tight deadline
~work as part of a team
    ~work under pressure
~ deal with a difficult colleague or customer

    etc etc

Practise these - several times. Even if they don't ask these exact questions, you will be well prepared..

    BOL!
