    Hello all,

I'm spoiled for choice and there are a lot of conflicting reviews between the popular liquid cooler brands Corsair, NZXT, Coolermaster etc.
So i'm just wondering what ye would recommend because I haven't looked at components in a good 5 years. I have a budget of around 150-170€ but i could maybe stretch it for something worthwhile.

    Thanks for any help!

*If i was to get an air cooler i'd just get a D-15 and be done with it so please dont speak a word about them :D

Arctic Liquid Freezer II is great for the money, I have the 280mm version in my build. No complaints. Note that it has a thicker rad than what you typically find on AIOs so you may run into clearance issues depending on your case. (I learned this the hard way.)

I have an air 540 so it has loads of space but i think id front mount a 360mm if i got one. Now to find out if anything beats the arctic!
I still dont know whether i'd spend a bit extra to have a little bit of RGB as the case is pitch black with my current parts :(

5600x probably overkill for it but sure why not ;)

I've an NZXT X62 and it's brilliant. CPU is kept low temps regardless of what's been done. Looks cool, easy setup, and very quiet.

Certainly is overkill haha..but whatever floats your boat pal
I happen to like corsair aio's in general have installed a few of them since the original one i got in 2016 i think it was the h100i v1..never had any problems cooling with them and the new rgb models look great
The fairly new capelix model reviewed here https://www.anandtech.com/show/16169/the-corsair-h150i-elite-capellix-cooler-review

Have you had any problems with the pump or the display software?

Arctic Liquid Freezer II if you can fit it.

EKWB AIO if you're not sure on Arctic.

Ive heard the pumps a lot of pumps are dead on arrival for EKs but again i suppose we always hear of the failures and never the ones that work. I presume the freezer will fit as i have plenty of clearance by the gpu and the case itself says it can fit a 360mm.;)

No, none and the new NXZT is pretty good for controlling and monitoring CPU & GPU temps n loads or rgb stuff.
