New Kindle with / without ads?

    It’s an extra tenner for a kindle without ads - wondered if anyone has experience?
    Are the ads just on the home screen or are they banners on pages of books?

    The ads are just on the home screen. Not too distracting either. However on my fire 8 I paid the extra 10 . Would I pay the extra again, don't think so.
