Statistical Code - where can I find this?

    Does anyone know where you can obtain the statistical code of a vehicle please?

    You mean the vin number possibly, look for a number at the base of the windscreen or under an adjustable piece of carpet near driver/passenger floor ?

    Log book will have it also as registration no etc, not sure of terminology, it will be long anyway with letters and numbers

    Thanks for your reply. I don't think the VIN number is the same as the Statistical Code. It's for accurately calculating the VRT on an imported car.

    Enter the correct details of your car manually and it gives you a vrt quote and statistical code
