Hi , just looking for clarification. My husband has been on long term jobseekers payment with me as a qualified adult and our children as dependents . I’ve been offered a job . When we sign off jobseekers am i entitled to claim back to working family dividend or can he claim it in his name since he was the jobseekers…

Your husband claims it, and you apply for WFP if applicable.
