LG CX Not picking up BBC HD on Sat Tuner

Got this TV recently, very happy with it, superb picture

When I ran the sat scan, it came back with a whole host of channels, including BBC, ITV etc

While ITV and Channel 4 are in HD, I cannot see BBC 1 and 2 in HD. Prior to this TV, I had a standalone sat box, which got these channels, no problem

Anyone have any advice here?

These are the tuning details for all the HD channels. Top of the list 10847 V should be very strong. Can you scan individual transponders?

Bottom of the list 12441 V there are two UHD channels, which you could try for as well.
