It’s not off everything. I ordered earlier and only the stuff already discounted was discounted again.

In saying that there's the odd glitch or two on the website where some stuff won't discount at all or if something is on its own in the basket.

Clear your cookies.
I've found the android site is very sensitive if you're on it for a while, or go back and forth a few times. Will lock you out, access denied.

Clear the cookies did it for me several times.
