Does anyone know Stephen Kenny from life not from football?

He’s unusual as a Irish football manager in that he went to school in Ireland and ran a meat production business before going into football. I know brian kerr was the same before anyone points that out. Does anyone know him from that period of his life? I’m just being nosy and it would be interesting to hear from people…
