    Hello

I have a 2016 B9 Audi A4 S-tronic. When I'm stopped at traffic lights and the brake is pressed in Drive, the car begins vibrate noticeably after 3-4 seconds. Nothing violent but definitely noticeable. Does anyone know what this could be?

    Thanks

Just sounds like its wanting to creep in gear and you are holding it back with the brakes.

That transmission uses a clutch and holding the brake pedal lightly depressed with the car in drive is the equivelant of holding a manual car on the biting point but never pulling away which is fairly bad for it. A long time since i've read one, but i'm pretty sure it says in the manual if you are stopping for more than a brief pause you should move to park.
