Looks like the Datson of a neighbour (girl). Same colour and all. Stood out at the time. She was quite cute too, although too old for me.

It's a Datsun Cherry I think, mid 70's or thereabouts.

Datsun Cherry Coupe pre 78, I had a 79 and cannot for the life of me remember a single journey I made in it. Its the only car I have owned where this has happened. I do remember watching it rust in Realtime.

This reminds me of a terrible incident with a red datsun cherry same as these.....

My step dad was working on my mums when he accidentally smashed back window ...( blow torch if I remember on a cold day) . he failed to get a new one so bought a crashed doner car and took back windscreen out and replaced the one in my mums ...

About 2 weeks later I was playing frisbee with a old hub cap and bang!!!!! Straight through back window !!!!

Ended up with a plastic sheet .....

God I remember that was one sexy car back then .... rotted the shyte down the field in end ...

I owned a Datsun 100a long time ago, very eco friendly.
Turned itself back into iron ore in a very short time.

The more I look the more SM influence I see. Its certainly a poor man's SM thats for sure. Its especially obvious to me in the from the door back to the rear.

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Yeah I can see that too. The back window more than anything
