Just wondering what would the situation be regarding putting up a shed in regards to planning permission, the land registry map shows two shed on the site but they are long gone and all that is left of them is a concrete slab to where they once lay.

Can i just build two sheds on these slabs without planning as they do together go over the 25sqm or how would that work?
