Ubiquiti UniFi AP locations for house

First time putting in a home wifi network with APs and looking for some advice on locations as about to get 1Gb FTTH (openeir) installed. Will be using Unifi for the network.

Have attached very rough paint overlay on where I am thinking for locations based on house plans, doesn't account for number of runs. ONT will be coming in to front of house (green box) and will look to patch to Cat6 wall plate (blue box). There is an attic space over this room that will house security gateway, POE switch and cloud key. Will also allow Cat6 run externally to the upstairs attic.

As all downstairs walls are block, have thought one ceiling mounted AP in the study room and then another (probably wall mounted directed to rear) in sitting room. Will also put in wall plate where TV etc located. External run to upstairs attic for an AP ceiling mounted in the landing (all stud walls upstairs).

What I'm not sure is the coverage of the APs and number/location is right? Looking at the new Unifi 6 Lite AP although might be better solution, AC Pro?
