Best path to report illegal household dumping?

Hey! I'm a recent blow-in to east country Galway. I run long distances in the countryside, and as I go I've noticed a shocking amount of illegal household dumping in ditches. What's the best path for me to report this?

There’s an app my sister swears by called “See it? Say it”, but she lives in the city - she’s constantly snapping pics and sending them.

I’ve just downloaded it actually, it sends the gps location of where the dumping is to the EPA. She has told me before I should be using it (a runner like yourself) so your post reminded me.
Mind you, mine will mainly be pictures of Supermacs rubbish which the people in Athenry seem to think can just be dropped out the window of your car....
