NCT question

    Hi,


    My brother is in Spain at the moment, staying there during Covid. The NCT on his car is due in December and he has booked an appointment, but the car is in Spain with him. What'll happen if he doesn't turn up (due to Covid and not being in the country)? Can he book it in when he returns home, probably in the new year? I don't think they'll be looking at his NCT out in Spain.

    He can book it for new year now, he would be better off to rebook it so he doesn't pay a penalty for missing the test he has booked.
