    Hiya.

Looking for the above as a gift for someone. I have no clue whatsoever about these devices so am completely useless when it comes to which one to get. Any recommendations please post here. Budget probably no more than €50 or €60 if possible.

The cheapest 4G addon board ( HAT ) for the Pi seems to be
this @ Amazon for 26.11 sterling. Obviously you would need a Pi also for around 30 sterling for an older model.

Would you mind adding a link to one that would work with it please if its not too much trouble. Im essentially technologically illiterate.

I'd go for the model 3 here... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Raspberry-Pi-Model-Quad-Motherboard/dp/B01CD5VC92/ref=sr_1_18?dchild=1&keywords=rasberry+pi&qid=1605285211&sr=8-18

I'd go with that too. Also, for it to work you'll need a sim card. Maybe get a cheap tesco mobile pay as you go SIM and 5 euro of credit, so the recipient can get it up and running straight away.
