    Hi Folks

We have planning permission based on plans for masonry built house. If we change to a different construction method i.e. Timber Frame, ICF, Sips etc. Will we need to re apply for planning permission based on this change. Do they care how it's built? BER should be the same if not better.

    Thanks

You don't need to reapply for planning permission presuming the house looks exactly the same.
