Currently with vodafone but it seems they recently changed my package from unlimited to a 15gb limit without informing me and are now trying to charge me extra for out of bundle download, this is rubbish, been with them a few years and not happy, with 4 kids gaming and streaming and everything online these days I think it's time to get rid of vodafone, so should I also make a complaint to comreg?
Has any bb company got a decent speed fairly priced? living in the country with a line capable of 30mb.

Are you talking about fixed line or mobile broadband? 15GB seems awfully low limit for fixed line.

First step is to contact Vodafone and find out if you are on an unlimited package or not.
    What does your contract say?

Fixed line, just got off the phone with them and it was an extra charge of some sort but the guy I spoke to could not tell me for what.
Anyhoo he issued a credit for it and offered a new contract for €5 less a month for the same service which IS unlimited so in fairness I can't argue with that.
But damn these big companies that do not advertise their services with transparency, prioritize new customers, they never reward loyalty unless you push them into it.
