Cant get 4G signal on eir mobile in Galway city

    Hi all,

    Not sure if this is the right forum apologies if not!
    As per the thread title I recently purchased an Eir mobile sim and I cannot seem to get more than a H+ connection on it..... 4G works fine with 3 and even a GoMo (I think this uses the same network as Eir :confused:) sim I have tried.

    I have tried to contact Eir CS but no joy there as of yet. Was wondering if anyone might have any ideas?

    I am using a OnePlus 6T on Android btw.
