Xbox Party Chat - Error Code 0x8923103D

    Hi,

    So I got my Series X and for some reason every time I try to join a party or create one it instantly fails

    Error Code 0x8923103D is constantly showing... I use this internet to Party chat on PS4 with no issues.... Yesterday I noticed my NAT Type was Strict so I have updated this for my NAT Type to be Open now...

    UPNP Has been enabled... I am using EIR Mobile Broadband, when I switch to three mobile broadband it seems to work..

    Does anyone know a fix for this I have tried almost everything and still struggle to get this working... Unsure how this can be an issue in this day and age.. I connected my phone and laptop to the same internet connection and both allowed me to use the party chat and talk away...
