Plane shadow colours.

    Maybe the wrong forum for this question.
    But why is the shadow of this jet only magenta and green.

    That's an image processing affect; and potentially not even the actual shadow location if you look at the direction of the building shadows.

    Shadow looks ok to me , matches other shadows in same dark green part of the shot.
    I can't imagine Google going to the bother of editing it.
    Just wondering why it's not black.

    Its not a shadow, its to do with the satellite camera set up. Aircraft shadows are always dark.
