Shelving for shed

Hi all I've a bit of a bar set up in my shed and I want to add some shelving for glasses, bottles etc. The shed is not plastered so I'm wondering what's the best way to go about it....a lock of 2x1 and sheet on top of them and then shelving or shelving straight on wall. Any advice appreciated.
