Post Mobile not unlocking iPhone

I have been waiting 5 weeks for post mobile to unlock an iPhone 8, does anyone know a quicker way to do this, every time we ring pm they keep saying they are waiting for an email, is there any law or requirement for them to unlock this phone within a certain time, it is a prepay phone and was bought new from post mobile…

Should point out we have bought at least 7 iPhones from pm over the last few years (through work, An Post), this iPhone 8 is the only one that was ever locked to their network.
