Which first: External wall insutlation or new gutters/dowpipes

Hi all, I need advice on what order to do jobs in please. We are getting external wall insulation and also want to get our gutters and downpipes replaces? Is there a best order to do these in? We are leaning towards insulation first and then new gutters/downpipes. Ideally we would do as one job but not sure how realistic…

you have to do the EWI first

if you are not in a very exposed location, you can fit the down pipes to the insulation itself with fixings such as these:

In addition to what STB said, make sure the ewi goes up past the soffit to meet the ceiling/roof insulation so this may well impact your gutters anyway depending.
