Data points in a energy management system

    Getting a enegy monitoring system installed for a client.
    Supplier has offered this list of data points: the last one is free, the rest all have a fixed cost of 115 euro in a higher spec meter.

    Anyone like to pen a few lines on what value that data would add:
    application is offices and leisure centres
