How will that work? When I try to book an appointment online, it first warns me:

"Warning! Your vehicle is not due! Please return at a later date to make a booking or select a date near your NCT due date."

Then when I proceed to pick a date it says:

"You have selected a date for your test that is later than the due date. There are earlier slots available. You are reminded that it is an offence to drive a vehicle without a valid NCT."

So... what's the story there? :pac:

Sounds like the warning messages are a bit messed up. But aside from that, if you have a free hour, sit there refreshing the page every minute or two and you should get an appointment in the next week or two, which pops up when someone cancels.

Would you be better off ringing them to make an appointment. I know someone who rang them today and got through.

Call them. You will be put on a cancellations list and they will get you the earliest appointment possible. Much better than spending an hour refreshing a web page
