We are planning to build a Granny Flat. One Bedroom, Lounge/kitchen open plan, and a small Bath /Shower room. Looking for advice re Boilers, Radiators Shower etc. Would you recommend Natural Gas or Butane/ Propane or even Electric.? Many Thanks

Can you not join into the existing house heating and water supply?

An air to air heat pump could be a good solution for the heating. For hot water, an electric shower and an on demand water heater would do. No need for rads, pipes, boiler, etc.

Have an Arriston e combi gas in our one which matches your description to a tee. 4 big rads + hot water for kitchen, & bathroom sink + shower. Great job.
