Bought a boiler stove to replace the open fire place. The fire place has a back boiler connected to the rads and water.
The plan basically is to get a plumber to put in the stove, connect it to the water and flue line the chimney. I'm also getting 2 more rads put in and a shower pump installed.
I've been quoted between 3 and 4k for parts and labour. Everything being supplied except for the stove which I've already paid for and collected myself. They tell me it should take 2 to 3 days. This seems very steep to me. What do ye think?

I paid 3 1/2 k a few tears ago for a new boiler to be installed. It sounds like you are getting a very good deal there.
