    Hi all,

Property deeds are shared 50 % between my partner and I. However we've got a letter to complete the LPT payment for 2021 on her name.

Why is not coming on both names?

Can we claim tax refunds through this local property tax?

    Thanks

I owned a property jointly with my sister a number of years back, but it was registered in my name for LPT purposes. As far as I remember, joint registration is not possible.

Not sure what you're asking regarding tax refunds.

LPT is linked to one PPS number for payments even where the property is jointly owned.

What sort of refunds are you talking about ? LPT is unconnected with Income Taxes.

Just wondering if you can claim some home tax relief or if there is something similar

Anyone know how to register a second property to a PPSN. The website is most user unfriendly in this regard. If their aim is to collect taxes, they sure aren't making it easy!!!

I have one Property ID & PIN linked to a PPSN, but can't see any way to request a second.
