Radiator bleed vent replacement

    Are these off a Myson Radiator and if so, where would I get a replacement?

    Any advice on how to stop it leaking? Would it need a replacement?

    Close both rad valves and when the system is cold, remove vent and wrap the threads with Ptfe tape then pop the vent back in then tighten up.

    Tried this and still leaking.
