Dropped WiFi on TC7200.U

I've no trouble with my ethernet connections, but I get regular dropped WiFi on my tablet/laptop/phone. To fix I normally just disconnect/reconnect or sometimes restarting the router seems to help.

Is there a way of getting a stable connect? I'm in the same room as the router - so I don't think that's a factor.

Would buying a new router be a good solution? If so what is supported with Virgin?

Have you checked for WiFi interference?

    How could I check that?

If you have an android device, download WiFi analyzer.
If you have a Windows laptop, you can download inSSIDer and analyse the networks broadcasting around you.
You can uld then try to set your WiFi broadcast to a quieter channel to see if that helps.
