Vico baths swimming

Hi folks I just want to get peoples experiences of swimming during low tide at vico baths in Kiliney. I tend to swim during high tide, however the tide times don’t always suit. Is it safe to swim at vico during low tide? If anyone can lend their thoughts that would be great. Thanks
