    My 28 day retest period falls within the christmas shut down. I had mistakenly thought the centres were open between christmas and new years. I realise I'm an idiot for not sorting it before now. The car only failed for a visual so didnt need to book a date, just had to turn up. Guess I'm goosed and need to pay for a full retest even though I didnt have 28 days for retest? �� anyone know if the nct centres always close for the full week or is this in part due to level 5?
