    Help! Anyone been through this?

I turned phone off, on reboot no part of screen works, cannot reboot other than removing battery which made no difference.

What phone is it? When you say no part of the screen works, you mean touch isn't working? Or nothing appears on the screen? And holding the power button for 30 seconds doesn't restart the phone?

Kazam Thunder 2 Q4.5 LTE - budget phone about 5 years old. Yes time for an upgrade but in the mean time it's my only phone as no landline

Screen visible but no part responds to touch including the virtual "buttons" at bottom. physical buttons work and graphics show for that ie volume and power options.

holding the power button makes no difference.

Overnight it decided to work again, probably just getting old and unreliable.
