Ebay 15% off code - Not able to redeem.

    Ebay currently have a 15% off from selected sellers using the code 'POPUPNOV15' I amm currently trying to use the code on an item but it is giving me an error 'this code can't be applied to your order'. I have the shipping to UK and using Revolut. I know it says that it is UK only etc but I'm very sure I have used a number of these codes in the past without problem.

    Anyone manged to redeem it? Or any ideas?

    I haven't tried this one, but have observed in the past that ebay was gradually becoming more and more restrictive about the usage of their discount codes. I believe last time I tried it, possibly more than a year ago already, it was possible to redeem it only with an account originally created with a UK address - simply changing addresses for an existing account did not work any longer at that stage. Might still be the case.

    Could certainly be right, I earlier tried changing the ebay account address to a UK one and it didn't work.

    In addition to that, account has to be created on ebay UK site. All that clearly stated on #1 of offer's T&Cs:
    This offer is open to users registered on eBay.co.uk with a UK address [...]
