    Hi,

Does anyone have any feedback about safety, rentability and ease of selling. I am a non Irish and the house in question is recently renovated, a 2 bed duplex mid terrace house in Mount Argus Cresent, Harold's Cross D6W. We are a young family.

Hello @bb220 I was curious to ask how you settled in Mount Argus? We're in a similar situation here and would love to get more insider info on the area

I lived on the crescent several years ago. The location is great and I always felt safe in the area / estate and I dont see why that would have changed in recent times… there was a lot of 25-35 year old working professionals who move in to be close to the city. I thought the houses were poorly built though and we could hear everything from our neighbours on either side. There was also problems with mice in the terraced houses. A retrofitted house may not have those same issues though.

Thanks for the pointers, @tobottherobot. Which estate in particular did you live in?
