Plaster detail in doorway

Would someone in the plastering side of things know how the detail around the doorway is formed? Is it a mould or is it worked in with a special trowel? And if it is a mould can they be purchased I will put up a picture of something similar to what im doing

i would get a plaster moulding specialist to run that in place
