Repressurise boiler - which valve(s)?

    Hi, I bled the Rads and pressure dropped to about 0.7. I have the ariston e system one boiler. I understand I must open the filling loop but how. I'm not sure which valve or combination of valves I have to turn. I've tried with the ones connected to the flex as I assume this is it but nothing happens. I don't want to keep fiddling and mess stuff up. Image attached. Thanks.
