Amazon Prime Video with Eir

Hi, just wondering whether this is normal or something is wrong.

I have a prime video subscription bundled with my Eir broadband, but never use it as the prime app on my TV doesn't work (slow, unresponsive, crashes frequently etc.)

I can access prime video via a laptop, I'm logged in and it recognises my Eir subscription. However, 90% plus of all content is "unavailable in your location ". For anyone with the Eir subscription, is this normal? Is this a lame minimal subscription level, or is this the same for all prime subscribers in Ireland? I'm struggling to understand why anyone would pay actual money for this. Thanks

What website are you using? Amazon.co.uk or Primevideo.com? You need to be using Primevideo.com to get the Irish catalogue.

Also, I recommend reading through this thread in Television:

The link to the thread is not working, but yes I'm using the Amazon site. I'll try prime video, that could be the problem. Cheers
