Finding the right hinge for a removable frame to cover my raised bed

So, I have a mini poly tunnel built over my raised bed. Overall it's pretty good but you have to take it apart a bit to get into the bed and dismantle the whole thing when it's time to tidy and replant.

I want to build a frame (90cm x 180 cm) and mount my poly tunnel fixings on that, and have the entire frame hinged to the raised bed. Now, this is where it gets fiddly... I want to be able to remove the entire frame w/o unscrewing and rescrewing the hinges.

Would this screwfix lift off door hinge work or is there something more suitable out there that I don't know its name?
