Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My Virgin Media Bills not showing

    Hi,

    Anyone having issues accessing their current & previous bills from https://www.virginmedia.ie/

    Recently moved to TV 360 product but am considered a “complimentary” customer, hence getting free broadband. Looks like their billing dept can’t figure out how to apply discount on my bill?

    Their “support” is a joke, constantly passing the buck between different departments, either it’s the web team or billing or concessions, being led a merry dance between them all
