Today I saw a bird for the second time. It's on the Dodder river and seems to prefer the overhanging areas. I've seen it in two place about half a kilometer apart. Primarily black/dark with a white patch on its kneck/breast. Can't tell you much more because of its speed! Reminds me somewhat of the flight of a kingfisher - very rapid flapping and low to the water - larger than the latter but from what I could see slightly similar. Any suggestions/help?
