Normally no. County Councils can provide assistance to pensioners for essential repairs in order to prolong the life span of a house for a few years but Im not sure if they would cover the cost of a full re-roofing job.

There is no grant. But if you make repairs in a company that gives a warranty on roofing work, then in the event of a breakdown, you can apply to this company and repair the roof under warranty. For example, you can contact the company
