Looking at a house that was granted planning permission in 2006. The house was waterproof by 2000 and is deemed complete from a planning point of view. The permission proposed a proprietary treatment system. it was never installed.
The house has remained untouched for 10 years.
It is now going for sale "as is"
What is the situation regarding the treatment system ?
Can it be finished as per the 2006 permission or do new tests need to be done in accordance with the EPA Code of Practise ?
