Price for cleaning roof and fixing slates

I think there are gaps among the slates on my roof, but I don't know how much it would cost to get them checked and fixed. Also there is something growing on my roof which will need to be cleaned off first.

Can you put up pictures, slates are fitted with a slight gap between them, tiles overlap each other. If your roof has slates don't let anyone walk on them, tiles are ok to walk on.
