Bought this recently from a friend.

It doesn’t work for my bike as I’ve got a laid back seatpost and it looks weird. Will look great on a straight seatpost.

Carbon Beam Racks are crazy money, this one has been used and has some marks from use.
Bag itself is in perfect condition.
    Includes shoulder strap and reflector.

Shims included are not a full set but will work on 26.8 to 27.2mm for sure. Probably many other sizes too but not much less than 26.8mm I suspect. Shims are available on eBay etc.

Hassle free transaction preferred. Collection D3/D5 or meet somewhere convenient.

    Can post at cost.

    Asking €40

I'll offer asking. I'm in D3 myself so easy to meet up.

Damn, I missed out on this one. Was looking for exactly this sort of setup recently.

Good luck to @Effects who got it! Let us know how it works out for you, I'm curious to know how convenient/useful this sort of rack would be for a hardtail mtb.

It's just what I was after. I packed a towel and shorts into it last night and went for a swim out at the 40 foot for the full moon.

I'm going to look into bigger bags for it as well.

My biggest concern was whether or not the rack would twist / move while cycling.

Do you find it stable? It doesn't move at all, or make any annoying noises?

No, it's really stable. I have a smallish bag on it though.
I did attached a beer crate to it and it seemed fine. The bungee cord wasn't enough to hold it, so I'm making an adapter.
The rack is only rated to 7kg though.
