PUP and Holiday pay

Hi guys I am on the PUP and have annual leave entitlement for 2020. Due to the nature of my industry I will be unable to take this leave in December and my employer has decided to pay this out to us. Does this holiday pay get taxed? Thanks in advance for your help!!

In Theory, all salary (even holiday pay) is taxed, but you might find this year, your total salary is less that your tax credits, depending on how much you earned
